Your Knowledge is everything Kojo can draw on: the knowledge built from all your meetings, plus any documents you upload. Under the hood, every meeting is processed into a knowledge graph, not just stored as flat text.

Kojo only ever answers from meetings and documents you have access to. A meeting scoped to a group you're not in, or a document marked private, never appears in your answers, your lists, or your search results, even if you ask directly.

Upload PDFs, Word documents, Excel workbooks, images, text and code files, ZIP files, or audio recordings. MemorDesk stores the readable text and, for structured files, an outline of what the file actually is: a spreadsheet's columns and types, code's functions and classes, or a webpage's headings.

Scanned PDFs and images are transcribed by AI, with tables read as rows and pictures given a description, and Kojo always tells you when text came from AI reading rather than a text layer, so you can double check anything important.

Mention a file with @ in a chat, or just name it in your question, and Kojo reads it first, in full when it fits or its outline and the parts that match when it's long, before connecting it to your meetings and other documents.

In a team workspace, documents live in folders, and every folder and document has an audience: everyone in the workspace, specific groups, or only you. A folder is a ceiling, nothing inside it can ever be more open than the folder itself.

A document marked Confidential stays out of Slack answers and shared answers entirely, whoever's asking. When someone leaves the workspace, their team documents are handed over to the owner automatically.
