Paste a meeting URL from the Meetings page (or the Quick button on mobile), add an optional title, and send it. To schedule ahead, add the date, time, timezone, and any recurrence or attendees instead.
In a team workspace, choose whether the meeting goes to everyone in the workspace or specific groups. You can save a personal destination and turn on "Use my saved destination automatically," or confirm the destination each time.
If everyone else leaves and only other note takers or bots remain, automatic bot detection lets it leave instead of recording an empty room, checking participant names and whether anyone is still speaking or sharing a screen.
