A meeting's live page shows the transcript as it's captured, alongside an Ask Kojo chat panel scoped to that meeting. Nobody has to wait for the call to end to know what was said or ask a follow up question about it.
It stays in sync everywhere you're watching from. Highlight a line on your phone and it lands on the desktop view too, so a team split between rooms and devices is always reading the same moment.
Once the assistant joins a call, captions stream in as they're spoken and action items are detected the moment they're said, not left for the post meeting summary.
If someone types in the meeting platform's own chat (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Cisco Webex), that message appears inline in the transcript too, marked with a chat badge so it's never confused with something said out loud.
Once the meeting ends, the page becomes read only and the transcript stops streaming. An Open in Chat Assistant button carries the exact same Ask Kojo conversation over to the full assistant page, with no restrictions.
A live page is visible to you and anyone in your workspace the meeting is visible to. Share a public link for it and anyone holding that link can watch too, everyone else gets a "not found" page, even with the URL in hand.
Guest questions to Kojo are billed to your account's credits, so you decide whether to allow them, per meeting or account wide, in Settings > Live Meetings.
