MemorDesk's Slack integration pushes AI meeting notes, summaries, and action items into Slack automatically after every meeting. Once connected, the MemorDesk bot appears under Apps in your Slack navigation and handles all delivery to public channels, private channels, or individual DMs.

Your team never has to leave Slack to know what was decided or who owns what. Every meeting ends with a clean summary thread they can react to, comment on, or forward.

And when someone needs something that was not in the summary, they can just ask. Kojo answers questions about your meetings, documents, and tasks in Slack, using only what that person can already see in MemorDesk.

After a meeting ends, MemorDesk automatically posts an AI-generated summary, action items, and key decisions to whichever Slack channel you have configured with no manual steps required. You can set this up per meeting series so the right notes go to the right channels every time.

Action items are extracted with assigned owners and due dates. Decisions are logged with context so anyone who missed the meeting can get up to speed in seconds.

To send notes to a private Slack channel, invite the MemorDesk bot first by typing /invite @MemorDesk in that channel, then configure it from your MemorDesk integration settings.

There are three ways to ask. Message the MemorDesk app directly. Mention @MemorDesk in a channel it has been added to. Or type /memordesk ask followed by your question, which works in any conversation, including direct messages between people.

Each person links their MemorDesk account once, from Slack, and confirms it in MemorDesk with their usual sign in and two factor code. After that Kojo answers as them, so restricted meetings and documents stay restricted.

In a channel, the answer is shown only to the person who asked. If it came entirely from meetings and documents everyone in the workspace can see, they can choose to share it with the channel or thread. Answers in channels that include people outside your company can never be shared.

MemorDesk does not read your channel history and does not keep your Slack messages. It only receives messages sent to the app or that mention it, and it remembers a conversation for a few hours so follow up questions work. To answer from your team's shared meetings, a workspace owner or admin shares the Slack connection with the workspace when they connect it. Otherwise Kojo answers from the asker's personal meetings only.
