Viewing, Exporting, and Sharing Meetings
Open a meeting
Desktop: Sidebar > Meetings > click a meeting card. Filter with the Today / This Week / This Month buttons or the search bar.
Mobile: Bottom nav > Meetings > tap a meeting (or open one from Recent Meetings on the Home tab). Use the search icon in the top-right to find a specific meeting.
Each meeting page shows the summary, full transcript, action items, and decisions.
See who attended, and when
Each meeting has a participant breakdown built from who the assistant actually saw in the call, not just who was invited. Somebody who joined uninvited still appears, and somebody who left early is still listed.
Desktop: Open the meeting > Summary tab > the Participants card, below the quick stats.
Mobile: Open the meeting > Participants tab.
Every person shows:
- Talk time, their share of the speaking as a percentage and a bar. An attendee who never spoke shows 0%.
- When they joined and left, in real clock time in your own timezone, for example "Joined 8:30 PM, 12 min late Left 8:52 PM 22 min in call".
- Reconnections, if their connection dropped and came back mid-call.
Leaving early means genuinely early. When a call wraps, everyone hangs up within a minute or two of each other, so MemorDesk reads that as the meeting ending rather than as the whole room walking out. Only a departure well before the room emptied is marked as leaving early. If everyone left and one person stayed connected, that is the meeting having ended with that person away from keyboard, and it is not counted as them staying to the end.
If someone was already in the call before the assistant joined, their row reads "Already in the call when recording started" rather than a join time. Meeting platforms do not report arrivals that happened before the assistant was in the room, so that person's real arrival time is genuinely unknown. MemorDesk says so rather than guessing, and never counts them as early, late, or on time.
You can ask Kojo about this directly, including across meetings: "who joined late this week", "does Ade usually leave early", "whose connection keeps dropping".
To edit the list, use the Attendees control near the meeting title (desktop) or the Attendees row in the meeting card (mobile). You can add people by email, assign an email to a detected speaker, or remove someone.
Export a meeting
Desktop: Open the meeting > Export button in the top-right action bar > Export meeting > choose PDF, DOCX, TXT, Markdown, or JSON > choose whether to include the transcript.
Mobile: Open the meeting > Export action > Export meeting > pick a format in the sheet. The file is saved or shared through your phone's share sheet.
Download the meeting recording
The same Export menu also has a Download media option, letting you save the raw meeting recording as Audio (MP3) or Video (MP4) to your device.
Downloading the recording file is available on the Lite plan and above. Free-plan users can still watch and listen to the recording in the app, they just can't save the file locally, an Upgrade prompt appears if they try.
Share a meeting
Desktop: Open the meeting > Share button > copy the public link. Toggle Include recording and Include full transcript to add those to the share page alongside the summary, action items, and decisions it always includes.
Mobile: Open the meeting > Share action > copy the link, toggle the same two options, or send it through the native share sheet.
Anyone with the share link can view the summary without a MemorDesk account. Including the recording is available on the Lite plan and above, the same gate that controls downloading the recording file from inside the app; on the Free plan the toggle is disabled with an upgrade prompt. Including the transcript has no plan restriction.
Control who in your workspace can see a meeting
Sharing a public link and workspace visibility are two different things. Visibility decides which of your own teammates can open the meeting at all.
Desktop: Open the meeting > the visibility button in the top-right > choose Everyone in workspace, Specific groups, or Only me and people I invite. When restricted, pick the groups or invite specific teammates from the same panel.
Mobile: Open the meeting > more menu (top-right) > Who can see this > pick the same options.
The Specific groups option appears once your workspace has groups. See Workspaces and Teams for how to create them.
Restricted meetings are hidden outright from everyone outside their audience, not shown as locked: no entry in their meetings list or search, no action items or decisions on their pages, and Kojo will not draw on the meeting when answering them. People who attended the meeting keep access. Workspace owners can enable Compliance mode (Settings > Workspace > Meeting privacy) to let owners and admins open restricted meetings; the meeting page says so when it is on.
Rename or delete
Desktop: On the meeting page, hover the title and click the pencil to rename; use the three-dot menu to delete. Deletion is permanent.
